Easier access to sickness, maternity and invalidity cash benefits (150 hours instead of 200)
Decree 2015-86 lowers the number of working hours required to qualify for cash benefits under sickness, maternity and invalidity insurance and for paternity leave: 150 hours instead of 200 over three months (or 90 days), and 600 hours instead of 800 over twelve months. It applies from 1 February 2015.
