ACPR supervisory fee set at €10,000 for credit servicers

Implementing Directive (EU) 2021/2167 on credit servicers and credit purchasers, the order of 24 March 2026 sets at €10,000 the flat-rate supervisory fee owed to the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) by credit servicers (Article L. 612-20 II C 5° of the Monetary and Financial Code). A credit servicer that also holds another status subject to a fee pays the higher of the two amounts. The order also applies in New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna.
