Exceptional temporary contribution to the health insurance scheme of the electricity and gas industries
Decree No. 2003-669 of 23 July 2003 introduces, on an exceptional basis, an additional contribution to the special health insurance scheme of the electricity and gas industries, payable from 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2004. It is levied on salaries and pensions up to 1.55 times the general scheme ceiling. The rate is 0.3% for active employees and 0.225% for pensioners, plus 0.3% paid by the companies in both cases.
