Vocational training contributions for artist-authors and the users of their works

The fourth amending finance law for 2011 creates two annual contributions to fund continuing vocational training for artist-authors: 0.35% of artistic income, paid by artist-authors, and 0.1% paid by those who distribute or exploit their works. They are collected like artist-authors' social security contributions and allocated to an approved joint collection body.
