Employer contribution on free share awards cut from 30% to 20%
The rate of the employer contribution on the value of shares awarded free of charge to employees and corporate officers (article L. 137-13 of the Social Security Code) falls from 30% to 20%, for awards authorised by an extraordinary general meeting after publication of the law. The provision comes from an amendment adopted in the National Assembly.
