Gambling advertising levy: only gaming-related spending counts for casinos
Article 35 of the 2026 Social Security Financing Act amends article L. 137-27 of the Social Security Code: for licensed casinos, only advertising spending relating to gambling activities falls within the base of the levy on gambling operators' advertising spending created in 2025.
