Creation of the 0.3% solidarity-for-autonomy contribution paid by employers

Article 11 of the Act of 30 June 2004 allocates to the new National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA) a 0.3% contribution payable by private and public employers, assessed like employer health insurance contributions and collected under the same conditions. It applies to pay from 1 July 2004 (Art. 19). For employers, it is the counterpart of the solidarity day (Art. L. 212-16 of the Labour Code).
