Personalised redeployment agreement and two-month salary contribution if it is not offered
Article 74 of the social cohesion programming Act of 18 January 2005 rewrites Article L. 321-4-2 of the Labour Code: in companies not subject to redeployment leave, an employer considering an economic dismissal must offer the employee a personalised redeployment agreement (CRP), which gives access, after the contract ends, to support and training under vocational trainee status, with any remaining individual training entitlement doubled. An employer dismissing without offering it pays a contribution equal to two months of average gross salary. The Unédic agreement of 27 April 2005, approved by order of 24 May 2005 published in the Official Journal of 31 May 2005, applies to dismissal procedures started from that publication; the employer contributes two months of salary corresponding to the notice period.
