CEE "Coup de pouce" bonuses for deep renovation extended with new charters
The order of 7 January 2026 replaces the standardised energy savings certificate (CEE) operation sheets BAR-TH-174 (deep renovation of a detached house), BAR-TH-175 (flat) and BAR-TH-177 (residential building) and extends the associated "Coup de pouce" bonuses. Only the new commitment charters (annexes IV-7 and IV-8) can now be signed by energy suppliers. For houses and individual flats, the volume of certificates is multiplied by 2 for work carried out for low-income households in their main residence. The sheets apply to operations started up to 31 December 2030.
