Personal training account: higher contribution for non-priority training, reform of VAE
Except for jobseekers, the financial contribution of the CPF (personal training account) holder would be increased when the training does not fall under priority cases: third-party funding, career transition project, shortage occupations or priority sectors (defence, industry, food sovereignty, ecological transition, digital, health and social care) consistent with the stated project. The rule would apply to requests made from 1 October 2026. Management of the VAE (accreditation of prior experience) portal would be entrusted to the Caisse des dépôts and jury fees would be capped.
