Creation of 'jobs for the future' for low-qualified young people aged 16 to 25
The law of 26 October 2012 created 'emplois d'avenir', subsidised contracts for young people aged 16 to 25 with no or low qualifications, with priority for deprived urban areas, rural revitalisation areas and overseas territories. State aid is granted for 12 to 36 months. The order of 31 October 2012 set it at 75% of the gross hourly minimum wage in the non-market sector (CAE), 35% in the market sector (CIE) and 47% for employer groups for integration and qualification and work-integration companies.
