Article 108 of the 2005 Amending Finance Act creates Article 244 quater N of the General Tax Code. The salary taken into account is capped at €200 per day per employee, and the credit at €30,000 per business. It applies to expenses incurred from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2007.
