Denormandie scheme extended to 2022 and to the whole municipality
The 2020 Finance Act extends by one year, until 31 December 2022, the "Denormandie" tax reduction for buy-to-let investment in older housing with works, and removes the requirement for the dwelling to be located in the centre of the eligible municipality: the whole municipality is now covered. The required works are now "improvement" works rather than "renovation" works.
