Agri-environment-climate measures and organic farming aid: commitments of one to five years
Decree No. 2026-595 of 6 July 2026 amends articles D. 341-6-6, D. 371-8-1 and D. 373-8-1 of the Rural Code: the commitment period for agri-environment-climate measures (previously five years) and for organic farming aid (previously one or five years) becomes 'between one and five years'.
