Measure impact

Tax rejected. The planned trajectory (€30-150/tonne by 2030) was removed from the 2026 draft budget bill by both the National Assembly and the Senate (November-December 2025). Only a modulated eco-contribution for recycled plastics was adopted (1 January 2026).
