Zero-interest eco-loan extended to 2018, opened to Anah aid recipients and supplemented by an additional eco-loan
Article 108 of the 2016 Finance Act extends the zero-interest eco-loan (éco-PTZ) to 31 December 2018 (instead of 2015). It opens it to energy-performance works that received aid from the National Housing Agency (Anah) against fuel poverty, extends the deadline for completing works from two to three years and allows, from 1 July 2016, an additional eco-loan for other works on the same home within three years of the initial offer.
