Eco zero-rate loan extended to 2027 and aligned with MaPrimeRénov'
The 2024 Finance Act extends the eco zero-rate loan (interest-free advance to fund energy renovation works, Article 244 quater U of the General Tax Code) to 31 December 2027 and adjusts its parameters, notably its link with MaPrimeRénov' and lending to co-ownership associations. Decree No. 2024-299 of 29 March 2024 adapts the regulations, partly from the day after publication and partly from 1 April 2024.

Measure impact
According to the Government's impact assessment, extending and adjusting the eco-PTZ costs €64m in 2025, €188m in 2026 and €358m in 2027, or €3.2bn over 2025-2033.
