Exemption from duties, taxes and excise on relief goods imported during the health state of emergency
Article 1 of the first amending finance law for 2020 provides that, during the health state of emergency, an order of the ministers for the budget, the interior and overseas territories lists the imports and deliveries of goods needed for relief and for restoring public services and infrastructure, which are exempt from import taxes, customs duties, dock dues (octroi de mer), circulation duties and excise duties in the areas covered by the state of emergency decree.
