Culture pass pilot: €500 credit for 18-year-olds
The decree of 1 February 2019 establishes on a trial basis, for three years, a "Culture pass" operating through a geolocated mobile app. 18-year-olds living in the areas set by order and selected for the pilot have an account worth up to €500 including tax to buy cultural goods and services. The pilot is limited to 200,000 accounts.
