Pilot: full coverage of forensic samples for victims of sexual violence, without a criminal complaint
Article 52 of the 2026 Social Security Financing Act allows a three-year pilot, in up to three regions including one overseas territory, under which health insurance fully covers samples taken from victims of sexual and gender-based violence within one month of the events, whatever their age and even without a complaint.
