Regional registration tax exemption for electric vehicles left to the regions
Article 119 of the 2025 Finance Act rewrites Article L. 421-49 of the code on taxes on goods and services: for vehicles running solely on electricity, hydrogen or both, the regional rate of the registration certificate tax is halved or set at zero only by regional decision.
