End of full coverage of Covid-19 tests

The order of 27 February 2023 by the health minister amends the order of 1 June 2021: SARS-CoV-2 tests (RT-PCR, antigen) remain available without prescription but are reimbursed under ordinary rules, with a patient co-payment. Full coverage is kept for people aged 65 and over, minors, people with a long-term illness, health and social-care workers, and organised group screening. This regime ended on 1 March 2025: since then, self-tests and antigen tests are no longer reimbursed and only PCR tests on prescription remain covered.
