Savings-sharing funding for clinical and dispensing decision-support software
Article 84 of the 2026 Social Security Financing Act creates article L. 162-1-25 of the Social Security Code: certified clinical decision-support or pharmacy dispensing-support software meeting quality criteria may be funded through an agreement between the national health insurance union and its maker, as a share of the health insurance savings it generates. Selection procedure and maximum duration set by Conseil d'État decree.
