CNSA support to départements for the covid-19 bonus of home-care workers
As an exceptional measure for 2020, the national solidarity fund for autonomy (CNSA) finances, up to €80 million, support to départements for paying the exceptional covid-19 bonus to staff of home-care and support services. The support is allocated according to these services' activity and covers at most half of the bonus funded by each département.
Measure originators
A positive amount is revenue or savings for public finances; a negative amount is a cost or lost revenue.
Measure impact
Home-care workers supporting elderly and disabled people could receive a covid bonus paid by their département, up to half of which was funded by the State through the CNSA; individual amounts depend on each département.
