The amendment establishes, for 2027, a €600 million levy on State revenue to top up the départements' safeguard fund (created by Article 16 of the 2020 Finance Act), allocated according to Section II bis of Article 208 of that law. The bill itself provided for a support fund for départements in Article 86 (second part).
