Flat-rate reimbursement of part of supplementary health insurance for public hospital staff
The article would postpone to 1 January 2028 the obligation for hospital employers to contribute to a selected supplementary health insurance contract and, as a transitional measure from 1 January 2027, would provide for reimbursing public hospital staff for part of their supplementary health insurance premiums. The amount and conditions would be set by decree.
