Daily hospital charge raised to €13 (€9 in psychiatry)
The order of 18 December 2003 sets the daily hospital charge provided for in Article L. 174-4 of the Social Security Code at €13 per day of hospital stay, and €9 for stays in a psychiatric unit, from 1 January 2004. The order of 27 December 2004 then raises these amounts to €14 and €10 on 1 January 2005.
