Abandonment of the carbon trajectory for the TICPE - Yellow vests

Abandonment of the originally planned carbon trajectory following the yellow vests crisis. The diesel/petrol convergence and the gradual increase in the TICPE (domestic consumption tax on energy products) planned until 2022 were abandoned. However, the standard TICPE rates continue to apply (60.75 euro cents/litre for diesel and 69.02 euro cents/litre for SP95-E5 petrol in 2025-2026).
