"Habiter mieux" programme: ecological solidarity grant raised to €3,000 and extended to landlords and condominiums

The decree of 10 July 2013 approved new rules for the private housing thermal renovation fund (FART), managed by Anah on behalf of the State. The ecological solidarity grant for low-income owner-occupiers rose from €1,600 to €3,000 (up to €3,500 with a local authority top-up), for an energy gain of at least 25%. The fund was opened to landlords (€2,000 per dwelling) and condominium associations (€1,500 per main-residence unit), subject to an energy gain of at least 35%.
