Employer contribution on free share awards raised from 20% to 30%
Article 19 of the 2025 Social Security Financing Act raises the employer contribution on shares granted free of charge to employees and executives (Article L. 137-13 of the Social Security Code) from 20% to 30%, from the first day of the month following publication of the law.
