Gradual rise in old-age insurance contributions to fund early retirement at 60
The decree of 2 July 2012 raised capped old-age contributions in the general scheme by 0.1 point for employers (8.30% to 8.40%) and 0.1 point for employees (6.65% to 6.75%) on 1 November 2012, then by 0.05 point a year until 2016 (8.55% and 6.90%). Contributions of liberal professions, lawyers and other schemes rose in parallel.

Affects all private-sector employees and employers and several groups of self-employed workers. Ultimately the increase reaches 0.25 point for employers and 0.25 point for employees.
