Work integration: per-job aid extended to all integration structures (base and variable part)
Decree No. 2014-197 of 21 February 2014 reforms the funding of work integration through economic activity: the State aid paid by the Services and Payment Agency for each full-time integration job, which now includes a base amount and a variable amount depending on the people hired, integration actions and results, is extended to intermediary associations and integration workshops and worksites. Amounts are set by order and uprated each year in line with the minimum wage from 2015. Provisions on integration enterprises and temporary-work integration enterprises apply to riders signed for 2014; those on intermediary associations and integration workshops enter into force on 1 July 2014.
