SME investment income tax reduction (Madelin) raised to 25% from 10 August to 31 December 2020
The 2020 Finance Act extends until 31 December 2020 the increased 25% rate (instead of 18%) of the tax reduction for subscriptions to SME capital, FCPI and FIP funds. As its application depended on the European Commission's opinion, Decree No. 2020-1014 of 7 August 2020 sets entry into force for payments made from the day after its publication, i.e. 10 August 2020.
