Higher pension supplement for surviving spouses of severely disabled war veterans

Article 115 of the 2010 Finance Act raises the pension supplement paid to surviving spouses of severely disabled war veterans (Article L. 52-2 of the Military Invalidity and War Victims Pensions Code): from 350 to 400 index points and, for the second scale, from 260 to 310 points. The measure applies from the act's entry into force on 1 January 2010. The supplement was raised again by the 2015 Finance Act.
