The order of 16 January 2026 sets at €0 the surcharge on the air passenger transport tax applicable at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (Article L. 422-26-1 of the Tax Code on Goods and Services) from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, and exempts airlines from the related filing obligations for that period.
