MaPrimeRénov' 2025: new flat rates for wood heating equipment and deep renovation support rates
The order of 4 December 2024 changes the MaPrimeRénov' scale for applications filed from 1 January 2025: new flat amounts for wood or biomass boilers, stoves and inserts, and deep renovation support rates of 45% or 50% for intermediate-income households and 10%, 15% or 20% for higher-income households depending on a gain of 2, 3 or 4 energy classes (spending caps of €40,000, €55,000 and €70,000 excluding VAT). Decree 2024-1143 of the same day postpones to 1 January 2026 a deadline relating to the energy performance certificate.
