MaPrimeRénov' relaxed on 15 May 2024 and granted within ANAH's budget

Decree No. 2024-249 of 21 March 2024 postpones to 1 January 2025 the closure of the single-measure path to houses rated F and G, lifts until then the requirement to include a heating measure to access that path, makes aid for double-flow ventilation conditional on an insulation measure, and provides that the grant is awarded within the annual commitment authorisations of the National Housing Agency (ANAH).

Measure impact

From 15 May 2024, owners of houses rated F or G can still obtain MaPrimeRénov' for individual works until the end of 2024, without a compulsory heating measure. The aid is no longer due beyond ANAH's annual appropriations.
