MaPrimeRénov' 2023: higher 'whole-home renovation' lump sums and works ceilings
The order of 29 December 2022 amends the scales of the energy transition grant (MaPrimeRénov'). From 1 February 2023, the 'whole-home renovation' lump sum rises to €10,000 for intermediate-income households (from €7,000) and €5,000 for higher-income households (from €3,500), while lump sums for pellet stoves and dual-flow ventilation fall by €500 for very low- and low-income households. From 1 April 2023, insulation lump sums are removed for higher-income households in mainland France. At the same time the Government announced, from 1 February, a higher works ceiling for MaPrimeRénov' Sérénité (from €30,000 to €35,000) and for MaPrimeRénov' Copropriétés (from €15,000 to €25,000 per dwelling, with individual bonuses doubled to €3,000 and €1,500).
