MaPrimeRénov' 2024: stronger supported renovation path up to €70,000 of works and mandatory guidance

Decree No. 2023-1365 and the order of 29 December 2023 reorganise MaPrimeRénov' on 1 January 2024. Deep renovation (supported path) must be carried out with an approved adviser; the eligible spending ceiling is €40,000 excl. VAT for a two-class energy gain, €55,000 for three classes and €70,000 for four or more, with rates of 45% to 50% for intermediate-income households and 30% to 35% for higher-income households, plus 10 points for homes rated F or G. The decree also provided that the single-measure path would close to F- and G-rated homes from 1 July 2024 (postponed to 1 January 2025 by Decree No. 2024-249).
