MaPrimeRénov' deep renovation: limited to homes rated E to G, spending caps cut to €30,000 and €40,000
Decree 2025-956 and the order of 8 September 2025 amend MaPrimeRénov' for applications filed from 30 September 2025: deep renovation support is limited to homes rated E, F or G before works, and eligible spending caps become €30,000 excluding VAT for a two-class gain and €40,000 for three classes or more (previously €40,000, €55,000 and €70,000). They accompany the reopening of the scheme after its summer 2025 suspension and postpone to 1 January 2027 a deadline relating to the energy performance certificate.
