Ban on combining the specific solidarity allowance (ASS) with the disabled adult allowance (AAH)

Article L. 5423-7 of the Labour Code, restored by the 2017 Finance Act, provides that the ASS cannot be combined with the AAH once an AAH payment has been made and as long as the AAH eligibility conditions are met. Recipients entitled to both allowances on 31 December 2016 keep them while conditions are met, for up to ten years.
