Park and workshop workers transferred to local government: revision of the guaranteed pension amount (pensions granted 2019-2025)
Article 207 of the 2026 Finance Act allows the guaranteed pension amount of park and workshop workers who joined the local civil service (Article 11 of Act No. 2009-1291 of 26 October 2009) to be revised, for pensions granted between 1 January 2019 and 25 July 2025, to reflect changes in their job classification since 1 January 2019. The order of 16 July 2026 applies the calculation rules of the order of 9 July 2025 to these pensions.

Measure impact
Applies to former park and workshop workers of the roads and bridges service and air bases who became local civil servants and retired between 1 January 2019 and 25 July 2025: their guaranteed pension amount may be recalculated on the basis of the updated 2019 classification.
