Reimbursed preventive care pathway for conditions at risk of becoming a long-term illness

Article 54 of the 2026 Social Security Financing Act creates article L. 162-63 of the Social Security Code: insured people with a condition at risk of developing into a long-term illness (ALD), listed by decree after the opinion of the French National Authority for Health, may follow a preventive care pathway on prescription, covered by health insurance without extra fees.
