Culture Pass extended to all 18-year-olds (€300)
Decree No. 2021-628 of 20 May 2021 extends the Culture Pass, piloted since 2019, to all 18-year-olds living in France: a digital account credited with €300, usable for two years to buy cultural goods and services through a geolocated app. Decree No. 2025-195 of 27 February 2025 changed the amounts from 1 March 2025.
