Disability compensation benefit opened to psychological, cognitive and mental disabilities and to deafblindness
Decree No. 2022-570 of 19 April 2022 adds to the eligibility criteria for the disability compensation benefit (PCH), set out in Article D. 245-9 of the Social Action and Families Code, for deafblind people and for people living with an impairment of mental, psychological or cognitive functions or neurodevelopmental disorders. It also changes the criteria for the personal-assistance component of the PCH, in particular by taking into account a need for autonomy support. It takes effect on 1 January 2023.
