Ceiling of the tax reduction for donations raised from 6% to 10% of taxable income

Article 6 of the 2002 Finance Act raises from 6% to 10% of taxable income the limit on donations qualifying for the income tax reduction of Article 200 of the General Tax Code (donations to charities and public-interest bodies). The same article exempts taxpayers filing online from attaching receipts until the taxation of 2003 income, and sets rules for paying association managers without calling into question their non-profit management.
