Military disability pensions: earnings cap for disabled children and orphans set at €12,842 for 2026
Decree No. 2026-203 of 24 March 2026 sets at €12,842 gross per year, from 1 January 2026, the earnings below which adult disabled children and orphans can receive the supplements, allowances or pensions provided by the Military Disability Pensions and War Victims Code (art. L. 134-1, L. 134-2, L. 141-24 and L. 141-29). It repeals Decree No. 2025-266 of 21 March 2025, which set the 2025 amount at €12,715.
