Daily benefits paid after a workplace accident or occupational disease are limited to 4 years for incidents occurring from 1 January 2027.

Measure impact

Previously there was no maximum duration for daily benefits for workplace accidents and occupational diseases (AT/MP). A new 4-year period can begin after at least 1 year back at work.
