Activity bonus: share of earnings taken into account lowered from 61% to 59.85%
Decree 2025-292 of 29 March 2025 lowers from 61% to 59.85% the share of earned income added to the flat-rate amount when calculating the activity bonus (prime d'activité, Article D. 843-3 of the Social Security Code), for income taken into account from 1 April 2025.
