CEE bonus for buying a used electric car

Fully electric vehicle first registered between 2017 and 2023, with a battery at 80% or more of its capacity (or 200 km of range). No means test. The amount in euros depends on the CEE operator (flat rate of 42,200 kWh cumac per vehicle). Top-up of around €2,000 for home-care workers (price of €25,000 or less, weight under 1,800 kg, before 1 July 2027). Applies to operations started until 1 September 2030.
